EYFS trip to Beaulieu

This week in Owls, we visited Beaulieu Motor Museum. We had the opportunity to ride in a Veteran Car, we learned how lots of old cars are no longer the same as our cars now, including having no seatbelts or roofs! We had a tour around the museum listening carefully to what old cars were made out of and the differences such as out of wood, the use of coal to make it work and a leaver to start the engine. We then finished the day with a trip on the Monorail so we could look at the whole grounds and a quick trip into the Little Beaulieu Playpark. Every member of Beaulieu staff and the public we encountered commented on Owls beautiful behaviour and enthusiasm- Well Done Owls!
